Steps for downloading application.
1. Right Click "Application" link
2. Click "Save Target As"
3. Choose your location to save the file
4. Click "Save"
5. Fill out the application ( Social Security number will not be accepted via email
application
but will be needed before aplication is complete)
6. Click "Save"
7. Attach the file to an E-mail addressed to Bill Hoffman (click this link for the e-mail address)
8. Send the E-mail
